warm up

Strength:
4 rounds
16 reverse lunges 50kg on bar 2 rounds, then 2 rounds 2x20kg db
16 jumping lunges 2 rounds - then jumping air squats

WOD: 14 min amrap
6 HSPU
10 KB - Deadlift (32 first three rounds then 24kg)
16 Goblet squats ((32 first two rounds then one round 24kg then no weight because my back was too sore)
20 Mountain climbers

Lunges are one of the few things that can go wrong in crossfit for me. and today I was not able push through the pain in my lower back.
