3 Rounds
50m Farmers Carry (2 Kettlebells or 2 Dumbells- 2x24kg
30 seconds L Sit (can be broken up) on palletes or rings


WoD#2:
4 Rounds 45-45-40-40kg

8 Deadlifts
4 Front Squat
2 Push Jerk
Each set without putting the bar down.
Put bar down and rest 30 seconds between Rounds

Time Cap 9 minutes
