Vinter träningsråd

Jag är brasilianska och jag ska tillbringa de kommande tre månaderna (januari, februari och mars) i Malmö / Lund.
Jag har ingen aning om hur du kör i kylan, kan du ge MW indikationer på gym / fitness center / ställen där jag kan hålla utbildning? Jag antar att jag bara behöver ett löpband och kanske några vikter ...

I am Brazilian and I'll spend the next three months (January, February and March) in Malmö / Lund.
I have no idea how to run in the cold, could you give mw indications of gyms/fitness centers/places where I can keep training? I guess I only need a treadmill and maybe some weights...

Hi Amanda, there is a large fitness club that has places all over Sweden (and outside of Sweden too), called "Friskis & Svettis" (i.e "Healthy & Sweaty" or about). They have one place in Lund, http://lund.friskissvettis.se/ and one in Malmö, http://malmo.friskissvettis.se/. There you'll have all the training equipment you will need, and the athmosphere is great. People from 18-80, from amateurs to pros. Contact them, I'm sure they can assist you getting a 3-month card. Or take this great opportunity to run outside in cold weather. Experience Lund, Malmö and Sweden! The gyms here probably look a lot like the gyms in Brazil.

I'll try the fitness centers!!

About running outsite, I'd like to try!!! I'm just worry I won't have appropriate equipment, but then maybe people from the fitness center may guide me... or I may ask you guys for help again ;-)
