Powertabs effervescent tablets are specially suited to short and intense exercises, thanks to their specific balance of carbohydrates and minerals. Developed from an isotonic formula, this drink provides hydration and optimal gastric drainage. It is also rich in anti-oxidant vitamins C and E, essential for fighting against free radicals produced by physical exercise, and in vitamins B1, B2, B6 and PP, necessary for use of carbohydrates by the cells. At the same time it is low in calories, containing only 87kcal per portion.
Optimum use of consumption : Powertabs tablets should be used during training sessions.
Recommended activities : During short (<1hr) and intensive (or prolonged and moderate) periods of exercise.
Ingredients: Dextrose, acidifier: citric acid, sodium acid carbonate, flavouring, starch, potassium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, calcium phosphate, maltodextrin, sweetener: aspartame, vitamins C, E, B1, sucrose, colouring: beta-carotene, stabiliser: acacia gum, emulsifier: modified starch, dehydrated glucose syrup, hydrogenated soya vegetable oil, coconut oil. Contains a source of phenylalanine.
