Invest in a running coach. They will structure your weeks properly, most people that try to do it themselves do not know how to structure training properly.
break your week into a long run, easy days, interval's/tempo's you should run nothing else.to many people run the same pace other days than intervals etc. You need to be able to recovery properly.
Long run, workouts and easy days are the most important so you need to be recovered for this so you can benefit the most from the workouts.
