10 meter DB bear crawl (DB x 2) (22,5 kg)
8+8 strikt press w DB (22,5 kg)

Burpee over DB
DB hang clean and jerk (21 at 22,5kg, then 15 and 9 at 17kg)

it took me 9:10. I switch the weights because it started to hurt on the left shoulder, but I also wanted to make the time cap. I now wish I would have stayed with the 22.5kg
